Very high precision, powerful, and fast hydraulic presses

Press’HUMARD^® hydraulic presses are used to produce a wide variety of pieces with very high precision at very high output rates. Press’HUMARD^® presses are robust, reliable, and proven.

Press’HUMARD^® hydraulic presses, with forces from 6 to 220 tonnes, display remarkable precision. Models 60-R15, 120-R40, 180-R18 and the triple action 220-R100 respond to your more specific needs with higher exraction forces, without compromise, and always with the same accuracy.

Each and every Press’HUMARD^® may be coupled to Compact Robot HUMARD^® loading and unloading systems in order to reach very high production rates with very short cycle times.

Tools and accessories, such as flanged quick-clamps, the Tong’HUMARD^® shock absorption system, or the System’HUMARD^® screwdriving control system, are available to make complete, highly productive systems.

Their refined profiles stem as much from high aesthetic criteria as from ergonomic requirements.

Plexiglass windows make it possible to control fabrication from 4 angles of sight. Lighting the work in progress with natural light and LED’s eliminates all shadows without adding heat to the machine.

Constant temperature, and thus production regularity, is also assured by a heat removal system.

The carved wood platter provides a spacious work zone. The work plane of the hydraulic press resides on a single level allowing for ease of cleaning. The integrated glass protects the operator from splinters.

Special attention has been paid to noise reduction. In full production, these hydraulic presses make less noise than a clothes washing machine in operation (~53dB).
