The FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management method removes raw materials or finished products from stock in the order in which they are received.<\/p>

In addition to Palett\u2019HUMARD\u00ae<\/sup> palletising systems, HUMARD Automation develops different models of inserts and frames, ranging from standard formats to custom designs to suit all your packaging requirements.<\/p>

The format of the trays and their inserts can be chosen depending on the weight, shape and material of the parts produced. They can be adapted to meet the various constraints of the production workflow, such as washing, drying, heat treatment, etc.<\/p>

In the case of a satin finishing operation, the insert will need to be flexible, while it will need to offer greater rigidity for chip processing. Each insert also takes into account the fragility of the part and the surface being treated. Whether the inserts are flexible or rigid, the parts hold their position. The positioning of your product is stable. The quality of the inserts and frames we develop to meet your requirements guarantee reliability and low wear for greater durability.<\/p>

HUMARD Automation designs inserts and frames to meet your requirements in harsh environments. Used for washing, in a humid environment and then in a blowing operation, our inserts are designed to allow total evacuation of washing water. And you know as well as we do that if the water does not stagnate, there is no risk of it rusting in the presence of metal.
