The format of the trays and their inserts can be chosen depending on the weight, shape and material of the parts produced. They can be adapted to meet the various constraints of the production workflow, such as washing, drying, heat treatment, etc.
In the case of a satin finishing operation, the insert will need to be flexible, while it will need to offer greater rigidity for chip processing. Each insert also takes into account the fragility of the part and the surface being treated. Whether the inserts are flexible or rigid, the parts hold their position. Used for washing, in a humid environment and then in a blowing operation, our inserts are designed to allow total evacuation of washing water. And you know as well as we do that if the water does not stagnate, there is no risk of it rusting in the presence of metal. The insert is therefore a benefit rather than a consumable.
