Super Flexible Filling Machine

The process begins with the operator loading blisters and pallets of supplies. The palletizer picks up a blister and places it on a shuttle, which transports it to the transfer station. A manipulator places the component on a shuttle leading to the press, where the supply is picked up and filled. The process is repeated until the component is removed.

Processlines are custom-made to integrate different operations or processes in order to fully meet the production requirements: Electric or pneumatic manipulators, SCARA (4-axis) or polyarticulated (6-axis) robots, servo-presses, dosing devices for gluing or lubricating, robots for welding, marking, riveting and screwing…. anything is possible.

 

HUMARD® automated and robotic assembly lines produce 24 hours a day, seven days a week, provided their autonomy is maintained. The idle time of the machines is close to zero.
